If you are interested in getting into shape and fit, I am starting some new challenges in small groups of 5. sort of accountability groups to help people be motivated, and have help through their journey of getting into shape. Sunday, May 3, 2015. So here is my race report for the 2015 St. T1 was easy to set up since I brought everything the night before. I just had to pull it out my bag, set it up, make sure my nutrition was set and get the wetsuit and go.
